Spectros Associates is proud to offer on-demand courses via the internet through the auspices of the American Chemical Society (ACS). Courses are taught by the founder of Spectros Associates, Dr. Brian C. Smith. These courses consist of pre-recorded 1.5 hour modules where you can see the PowerPoint slides used in the course and hear Dr. Smith’s lecture. You will also receive an electronic copy of the slides, and have free e-mail access to Dr. Smith with questions during your course.

The beauty of this approach is that you can listen and watch each module at your convenience, whenever, wherever, and as many times as you like during your period of access. Each module is self contained, and you choose which modules to take when and at what pace. You can stop, rewind, and fast forward within a module to achieve a customized learning experience.. All you need to participate is a computer equipped with a high speed internet connection and either a set of speakers or a headset. In the near future the entire content of the Infrared Spectral Interpretation I, II, and III courses will be available through this service.
